Looking for help and advice on migrating GE 4.11. sites to new, more complex server architecture

I am faced with the task of migrating the currently simple ArcGIS Server/Geocortex Essential 4.11 setup of:

a. ArcGIS Server 10.6.1 and web adaptor and GE 4.11 on ServerA within the network, clustered with ServerC below for Geocortex Analytics

b. SQL Server Enterprise geodatabase on ServerB within the network

c. Geocortex Analytics on ServerC within the network, clustered with ServerA above

to a new setup of:

1. GE 4.11 and Internal ArcGIS Server web adaptor on GIS-W1 within the network

2. Public ArcGIS Server web adaptor and Portal for ArcGIS on GIS-W2 out in the DMZ

3. ArcGIS Server 10.7.1 on GIS-W3 within the network

4. SQL Server Enterprise geodatabase on ServerB within the network (as currently)

5. Geocortex Analytics on ServerC within the network (as currently)

I have found a few articles that might help me.

On moving a Geocortex Installation, I found this one, but how much of it is valid when moving to a new server rather than within the same server as the article describes?

On migrating Identity Server users and roles from old Essentials instance to new I found this one, but does it still apply when the move is to a completely new server?

On migrating saved projects from one server to another, I found this one, but does it cover the projects saved by Windows Authenticated and Geocortex Identity Server users at the same time?

I will not do anthing with Portal straight away, as it is brand new to me.

What must I look out for in terms of Analytics now that there will be two web adaptors to monitor?

I would like any help, advice, things to look out for, or better yet: step-by-step instructions to migrate to the new setup, if such a thing exists.
