Is there a maximum number of features you can run a report on?

I have designed a report to summarize our sewer structures. We have about 15,000 structures. The report runs just fine on a subset of ~10,000 features, but fails if I run it on the full ~15,000 structures. Is there a limit on the number of features you can send to a report from GVH? The ~10,000 feature response is 344K, and the ~15,000 feature response is 513K.

  We've determined the problem is the "Max Record Count" on ArcGIS Server being especially high, in addition to the number of features being especially high. It's been logged as bug id #39474. If anyone else runs into this issue and has a high "Max Record Count" set on ArcGIS Server, try setting it back to the default 1000.
