It would be nice to have labels with on onclick event. Especially because it's not possible to change the style of checkboxes/buttons in Mobile.

  A label isn't considered an interactive form element, so this would be going down the wrong path. We're open to suggestions on how you'd like to improve the customization of the other elements you mentioned, though.
