Time slider disappears when the viewer is refreshed in the browser with sign-in active

We have a time slider that disappears every time some refreshes their browser or sign out and then tries signs in again.  The Time Slider tool is gray out in the toolbar as well.  Any thought on why this is happening?

  Hi Frank,

   

  What version of GVH are you running? BUG 36427: Time slider (and its button) intermittently disabled on viewer load, has been fixed in the most recent release. If you can upgrade to 4.13, we would recommend doing so.
