HTML5 Viewer - Missing Attachments Info with AGS 10.7.1

Hi all,

 

 

I am not seeing attachment info, when clicking on a feature>view additional details in HTML5 Viewer 4.12.2 or 4.8.2. This is happening with a feature service with ArcGIS Server on-prem 10.7.1. Same exact feature shows the attachment this way with ArcGIS Server 10.6.1 in both HTML5 viewer versions. Same back-end database, and I can see the attachment info via the REST service in both 10.6.1 and 10.7.1. I can also see the attachment info in a pop up in AGOL map viewer in both 10.6.1 and 10.7.1. 

 

 

Is there something going on with reading AGS 10.7.1 attachments in Geocortex HTML5 viewers?

  I can create a work around by adding the attachment url in the map tip, so this is not a big deal, but just a little strange that attachments are not shown in the 'additional details' dialog window.
