Printing 5 templates not visible in the Essentials Printing layout drop down

I've upgrade to GE and GVH5 4.13 and it seems the Printing 5 templates I created are no longer visible in the web viewer Printing layout options.  Has anyone else seen this problem?

    Hi Frank,

    Do you mean when searching within Manager for a print template hosted in AGOL that are not publicly shared? If so, this issue was fixed in GE 4.13.1.

    Hey Stefan,

     

     

    Sorry, I was to clear.  I can find and add the publicly available AGOL Printing 5 templates in Manager, but when I try to select them in the layout drop down in the viewer, they aren't available.

    Hi Frank,

    I haven't been able to reproduce this issue so far.

     

    1. What browser are you using?

     

    2. Are there any errors in the browser console relating to printing when they load?

     

    3. Is there a public-facing viewer that I could load?

    Hi Stefan, I'm using Chrome, but the same behavior occurs in Firefox. Here is a link a viewer that demonstrates the issue. https://gis.wilco.org/maps/?viewer=roadandbridge The Print tool is located on the Additional Tools tab. There are five totals errors.     I am having a similar problem.  What was your solution?  I went to to the viewer link you provided and can print there.
