I am trying to Create a Size and want to import a Map for a Portal

I keep seeing a SSL\TLS Secure Channel Issue, so essentially I cannot connect to any service in Portal.

You applied the registry changes described here, to assure you are using TLS 1.2?

I did not apply those, I was thinking since I had 10.8 installed it wasn't required. I have since applied them, and it seems like its working now. Thank you for your assistance.
