Invoke workflow in HTML5 viewer from Linked Map

Hi everyone, I'm creating a customised Linked map / Third-party map (one-page JavaScript app), from which I'd like to invoke a WF5 workflow that can add some graphics to the Geocortex map view. The graphics geometries will be passed from the linked map application to the workflow. I"m wondering if this is possible. How can I call invoke a workflow in JavaScript? thanks.
