Add a new User to Reporting Instance

I have a new person who needs to create and edit reports, but I can't figure out how to enable them in my instance. The documentation doesn't seem to address this very directly. Do I add them to an AGOL group? Where is this covered in the documentation?

I know this is simple, but it's escaping my efforts to find out. . . .

  Hi Sean,

   

  You need to share the sign-in app from the post installer with an AGOL/Portal group that contains the user.

   

  There is a note about it here but it is a bit subtle. https://docs.geocortex.com/reporting/latest/help/Default.htm#rpt5/help/installation-guide.htm#summary%3FTocPath%3DOne-Time%2520Setup%7CInstall%2520Geocortex%2520Reporting%2520on%2520Premises%7C_____0. I'll log an issue to beef this up.
