Printing 5 Blank Page Issue on node 2.

Please note that after further investigation I've figured out that once printing 5 is redirecting on node 2 is not working. Let me explain the environment. We have portal (one node) installed but web adaptor on two nodes pointing to single node portal ,,NLB of portal is https://giswebappsstg.adssc.ae/portal , once we are printing on node1 web adaptor it is working fine but on the other it is not working.

 

However, portal working normally on two nodes, but only on printing 5 url , only the first node is working while the other is giving blank page. Kindly let us schedule a webex so taht we can check it onsite to save time. YOur quick response is highly appreciated.
