Anyone having issues with HTML5 Viewers not working on mobile phones?

We noted this week that our public HTML5 viewers are not working on the mobile phones we've tested.  Anyone else having issues?

 

Geocortex versions: HTML5 Viewer 4.12.2, Essentials 4.12.0.64

 

Here are the devices and browsers tested:

• Samsung Galaxy S8 tested, Chrome v84.0.4, Firefox v68.10.1, Samsung Internet v12.0.1.47
• iPhone 6 tested, iOS 13.6, Safari

When we try to open our viewers the loading screen just spins and the viewers won’t load.  Anyone else having issues?  We have tested a couple different tablets (iPads, Samsung Galaxy Tab 4) as well but we are not seeing the same issue.  Not sure if this is a Geocortex issue or related to Windows patching on servers here or browser version related?
