Collaboration unavailable / Unsupported??

Hi folks,

 

Has anyone got any quick ideas as to why we would be getting an 'Unsupported' status for Collabortion. We've enabled it and all in the Viewer, but we cannot get to the stage of saving a Room, or adding any Users to it. Digging a bit deeper, we found this status in the Role config - if that is the root of the problemo?

 

any thoughts appreciated!
