Want to be able to run Report 5 from an external web application by url with capability of passing variable(s)

Hi, we just started to explore Reporting 5 and found it very useful. However, since our parcel info report (currently is our own development ,net version) is very popular, many places have url linked to run the report outside Essentials. We want to be able to do the same thing to run reporting 5 version of parcel info report from outside web application urls with passing parcel pin and etc variables.
