Open multiple workflows at the same time

The file opener in the workflow designer allows only a single workflow to be selected. Often I'm working at 3 or 4 workflows at the same time, so it would save me some time if I could select more than one.

Somewhat related, if the designer is refreshed (i.e. F5), only the active workflow is reloaded, I'd like to have all of them back.
