    Hi Tegan,

I looked into those properties you mention and tried Process Null Values, but no luck. Process Hidden Cell Mode does not appear to be something that will work in my situation.

I tried using an expression in the Visible property but no luck there either.

To give you some context, within a Sub-report I have a Group Header band that contains Table1, a Label, and Table2, in that order vertically in the band. Table1 will always show some data when this Sub-report has a feature, the Label may or may not have any data to show, and Table2 may or may not have any data to show. I feel that the culprit of the non-shrinking white space in the Report is Table2, but I could be wrong, might be the Label.

The Label control also has a Process Null Values property. You can try configuring that.

Also, in testing, if you're not sure what is still appearing in your report, you can set the Null Value Text property and then something will come up at least if there is no value, so then you can identify what control is still holding space.

My issue is now fixed. Support helped me figure out that the white space was being caused by cells in a single row in one of my tables (Table2 mentioned above). The specific fix involved taking my cell visibility expression out of the Visible property, and instead, adding the visibility expression content (adjusted accordingly) into the Text expression.
