Gantt Chart Examples 5 series report

I'm trying to add a gantt view to this report:

Are there any examples of a gantt chart for reporting (5.9)? I'm having trouble creating a timeline (date field) also I'm not sure how color is controlled.

I looked a little bit at dev express but wasn't sure how much parity there is between that and what's included in reporting.
