Analytics statistics in Active-Active AWS HA configuration reporting incorrectly

Hello there, Wondering if anyone had any insight on an issue we are having.  We've just installed Agents on two Arc Servers (10.7.1) that are configured in an Active-Active AWS HA environment.

Both machines show up in the Analytics home page and are/have been recording statistics for each server on an individual basis.

We went live with one of our services on there yesterday and have been watching the traffic like hawks.  We've noticed that machine A is receiving 100% of the requests to the service while machine B is sitting their idling with 0 request received.

We've went back to our AWS admin to confirm both servers are Active-Active and had him look into it in more depth.  From what he found he is 100% convinced that Analytics is not reporting correctly for these two machines - by seeing the same arcsoc's on both machines and monitoring network traffic on the two that both machines are receiving requests.

Is there any limitation with Analytics in HA or are there any specific setup/configuration options we need to use when setting the agents up on these machines?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
