HTML 5 Viewer on Huawei Device

We've received a ticket from a user claiming that she cannot load our HTML5 viewer on her Huawei P20 lite, model ANE-LX3, Android version 9 phone, using Chrome. Is there any way to test this? I can load it on my iPhone 7 Plus without issue.
