Highlighted feature boundary in feature picture box is offset. Is a coordinate transformation required in Reporting?

The map displayed in the feature picture box (Reporting 5.8) comes from ArcGIS Online, and the feature highlight is not offset in the AGOL web map.

 

The feature that is getting highlighted, "parcels", is in NAD83 State Plane coord system so I'm thinking the offset could be an issue between NAD83 and WGS84, but I'm not sure where else in Geocortex I need to add a coord transformation.
