Is there a way to migrate Trusted URLs from on Essentials installation to another?

We've moved our Essentials installation to a new server platform and are migrating our sites, workflows, templates, etc.  I was wondering if there was a way to migrate the Trusted URLs from the Security & Data section to a new Essentials installation.  I know there is a way to migrate the "Saved Projects" from one server to another.  Is there a similar method for Trusted URLs?
