Geocortex cluster with two web sites

I am required to build onto an existing Geocortex cluster by  adding another web site to IIS

 

The cluster currently responds to requests with host headers like mysite.example.com. It is using a custom identity provider so identity server is present but not used.

 

 

We wish to add a new site to the same 3 server cluster, which responds to something like newsite.mygeosite.com, and I would like to know if there are any likely conflicts with Core or identity server. This site will be authenticated with Azure B2C via another custom provider.

 

 

Do you have a recommended or special installation process that I can use to enable all this to happen? Is there anything i should not do?

 

 

We already have an cluster securityinfo.xml in place. Will there be a conflict? Do I just add the new provider in there?
