Allow URL parameter to launch WF5

Hi. GHV has certain URL parameters that can be appended to viewer launch links, including ones to launch a WF on startup, but it seems it only works with essentials WF, based on the docs - https://docs.geocortex.com/essentials/gvh/latest/admin-help/Default.htm#gvh/admin/viewer-urls.htm#Viewer_URLs%3FTocPath%3DViewer%2520URLs%7C_____0.

The idea is to enable it to launch a WF5 wf. I realize one can specify a WF5 as a startup WF, but I have scenarios where the app should start with no startup WF as well as other scenarios where it wants to start with the WF.
