Hi Shubham, yes we have been running GE in the Azure Cloud for over a year.

We started with 4.12 15 months ago. I doubt 4.10 will be a problem.

We also migrated GE to Azure two years ago.  no problem so far.  4.13.3 works fine.  One time I tried to convert the html5viewer as Azure APP service instead of IIS application on VM.  You can set auto-scaling for Azure App service.  html5viewer runs as azure app service but had some problem in configuring.

Putting GE on the azure VM is almost the same as putting it on-prem.  You don't get many benefits by putting GE on a VM in the cloud,   ESRI introduced in 2020, ESRI introduced Kubernetes which allows scalable ArcGIS enterprise deployment in the cloud.   Maybe Latitude is working on creating a more cloud-native version of GE in the future.
