Can Layer Styles modify Label Expressions?

I have an imported, external map service for parcels. I have modified the symbology of this polygon layer, but would also like to make the label font size larger. Is this possible with Layer Styles in Essentials 4.14? In the attached example, is there a way to incorporate label expression attributes?

 

It seems that the Layer Style only handles the drawingInfo and not the labelingInfo that can be found in the layer's REST JSON.
