The Web 5.11 Installer hangs on "Computing space requirements"

The Web 5.11 Installer hangs on "Computing space reuirements" and never proceeds. I've restarted the installer and let it hang there for about 10 minutes, but it just doesn't get anywhere.

Has anyone else run into this?

  Hi Sean,

   

  Is it possible to share your server hardware spec used for installation?

  Do you have the same issue with older versions of Web Installer or other installers of Geocortex products?

  Attached are the specs for the server. We’ve only installed Web once before this without any issue. This is our first attempt to upgrade to a newer version.

  Which version of GXW you had it installed before the upgrade? Did you install it using all default settings (i.e. drive location, IIS setup)?
