Popup formatting from webmap is not respected by GXW popup/feature summary
Most of the formatting you do in web map popups is transfered to the feature details that you see in Geocortex Web. But for the feature summary that shows up when hovering an object, no formatting seems to be transfered, and everything just ends up in a long, coherent string making the popup cover the width of the entire map. Is this expected behaviour, or have I missed something?

Hi Jostein,
Feature Summary respects title and description configured in web map popup, but GXW is stripping out the HTML content for Feature Summary for security and simple/clean reason.
Feature Summary containers are meant to be small to quickly give a brief info for the given feature and switch to Feature Details for more feature information.
You can set the width to Feature Summary component in layout XML.
Kind Regards,

So, is there a way to control the content of the Feature Summary and the Feature Details separately?

Unfortunately, we don't currently support controlling the content separately.
They both work off of the layer's PopupTemplate.
Cheers,

I'm finding the content is not being respected either, it just shows all available fields. I don't want to show any fields on mine. just a title and button to run a workflow. We need to be able to at least show what's configured in the web map.
