I am using the form entry field for a number, but I need to be able to enter a large dollar amount in the field with two decimals. The default number box size is much smaller than the default text box size, how can I change the size of the number box?

Also, is there a way to format that number box so it shows as a dollar amount? If I can set it on the HTML5 viewer for a field, but can not figure out how to set it in a workflow.
