Launch URL from Toolbar

Is it possible to open a webpage (launch URL) from a button on the Toolbar in HTML5 Viewer?

  Here's what I attempted to do:  

   

  In the Command section of the button properties I added an anchor tag with the href=..., but the button is disabled in the Toolbar.  

   

   

  I'm clearly missing something important.

  You can use the OpenWebPage command with the URL as command parameter

  Much thanks, Nico!  It is working now.

   

   

  I had looked through that Commands listing in the documentation but neglected to check 'Region and View' section.
