Use vendor's WAB widget in Web Viewer?

Currently we use GVH exclusively but one of our divisions wants a web application that utilizes a vendor's WAB widget. Is this possible to use WAB widgets in the Web Viewer? I've looked through the help/community and can't seem to find the answer.

  Hi Brian,

   

  Assuming it is a 2D map based WAB widget, there really isn't a path since they use different versions of the ArcGIS JavaScript API behind the scenes.

  AWAB 2D uses JavaScript 3.x API (the same API that GVH uses)

  GXW uses JavaScript 4.x API
