Please could you let me know possible causes for this error: "The current security policy for Geocortex Essentials does not allow any suitable sign in methods for this request."

We are running HTML Viewer5 - 4.13.3 - ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8 and Essentials 4.13.3.0 -- security tab on the site is as follows:

 

We have re-run the post install and checked that Essentials is properly registered to ArcGIS Enterprise - Any suggestions or Tips would be appreciated - Thanks Marc

  Hi Marc,

   

  You will get this message if the cached service information for your Portal-secured layers does not agree with the Portal information.

   

  You should be able to resolve it by following the steps in this article:
