Ability to hide the Edit and Delete buttons for related tables

The ability to hide these buttons for feature layers is available for feature layers in the map, but there is no option to hide them for related tables. The buttons disappear if you make the tables non-editable in the web map, but the tables need to be editable in order for them to be updated via a Workflow we have added to the Mobile app.
