Web scene showing sub-surface viewpoint by default

Hi all,

 

when I add web scenes to my GXW apps, they always seems to show from a subsurface viewpoint by default (see screengrab), even though they have the correct viewpoint and extent when I save them in my ArcGIS portal. Any ideas what may be causing this issues?

  We solved this by setting the Time Zone of the map location in GXW Designer. Go to Services tab > Region > Time Zone. The scene should then load at daytime and above ground. This should surely be recognised as a bug?
