'Refresh/reset' group and layer extensions?

Hi all,

 

Is there a way to refresh/reset group and layer extensions so they align with their corresponding map from portal for ArcGIS? In my GXW app the group and layer extension items seem to get added again and again every time I remove my map and bring it back in (see screengrab below). Reason I have been removing and bringing the maps back in was in an attempt to 'flush' those duplicates out (without luck).

 

On Geocortex Web 5.11.0

  Hi Lisa,

   

  In the next release of Geocortex Web 5.13, we've introduced a 'Refresh' button that will reload the web map and clear out any extraneous configuration that is no longer needed for the app.

  If you have a copy of a webmap you can share with me, I'd like to look at this a little more closely. This is different than the default behavior I observe when removing and re-adding the same webmap.

  Are you by chance re-publishing the Webmap from ArcGIS Pro each time?
