Group layers not printing - Web/Printing

Running Printing 5.5.0. Group layers in Geocortex Web app are not showing in the final print pdf.

 

In Web, I use the map init event to run a workflow. This workflow loops over the map and reorganizes it into folders - well group layers - so the layer list is organized. I can confirm its related to group layers by creating a test app and throwing in my Web Map without the map init workflow - prints show correct layers in the final pdf. Can also confirm its the groups by turning on a layer that is just in a plain map service and running a print - layer shows in final print pdf.

 

Do not want to loose the layer list organization from the map init workflow. Any help would be appreciated.

  5.5 to 5.9 update seems to have resolved this problem.
