Add categories to Geocortex items in ArcGIS Online and Portal

This applies to all categories, not just Workflow.

I notice that some organizations have a huge number of items in ArcGIS Online (or Portal). This makes it hard to find stuff when browsing the portal.

One thing that helps is adding labels or categories to items, but that's currently a manual job, which is a lot of work and error prone. I'd like to propose automatic labeling or categorizing of items, e.g. a workflow would automatically be categorized (or labeled) as, say, Geocortex Workflow.

It would be ideal if we could completely configure our own favorite category or label names, but I could also live with some static presets (and maybe just an option to turn this feature on or off).
