Is it possible to programmatically update a URL parameter in a Website configuration in Analytics?

In this case I'd specifically want to update a starttime URL parameter every hour. This would be for a call to an AVL vendor API to verify that we aren't getting any errors.

  We currently do not have a method of doing this in the product. Please submit this request as an idea post so our Product Team can gauge interest for inclusion in future development.
