Layer Image Creation Phases not working

My 'Layer Image Creation Phases' panel doesn't seem to be working correctly. I opened one of my ArcGIS Server layers (which is currently in use) in Analytics and navigated to the Image Creation Phases panel. Even after changing the statistic to 'Max' within this whole month, the tool returns an empty graph. All statistics (Annotation, data access, labeling etcetera) have a max creation time of 0 ms.

Would anyone know how to solve this issue?
