Text Labels does not show in the generated report.

Hi - I am using the attached workflow to generate a report. The report & the map works fine with symbols except for the Text Labels, once I add a text label the report shows the map as empty ( white Box ).

Another issue, sometimes the map shows black rectangles. It might be a resolution issue but I could not figure out how to set/update the dpi for the Geocortex Reporting.
