Show results in result details window when only 1 result

Hi,

 

I have my results by default appearing in the results list so users can see the multiples easily at a glance. However, when there is only 1 result (from a search or workflow output) how do I show it in the result details view and not the result list?

I've tried using the run command option in workflow with the command results.display-details but it just goes to the results list view.

 

Any tips would be great!

  Cattyann Campbell - not really. There is no nice way of achieving it like in Essentials. I ended up living with the results list showing only 1 record and the yucky text overflow issue because it doesnt put the information on new lines like the results details does. There was no way that I could find to configure 2 different sets of results like you can in essentials (short and long feature description equivalent). Hoping vertigis improve on the results presentation soon and give more flexibility like essentials had.

  I wish this was easier.. Show Results activity should have an option to point to details directly.
