Is it possible to have the Web Viewer results table filter options open by default or open them from workflow?

Viewer: Web Viewer (Not HTML5 Viewer)

 

Basically the title. We have a request to have the results table filter options opened by default, but I haven't found a method to toggle them open with workflow or have them open by default.
