Why are my Viewer Look and Feel Settings Getting Reset?

I'm setting my Viewer->Look and Feel->Feature Details to use the Long Description.

 

After I Apply and Save the changes, I go to the viewer to see the result. No Long Description appears.

 

I go back to the Viewer settings and it has changed back to No Description.

 

What is resetting the Viewer back to No Description?

  This issue will be fixed in the next release (4.14.5), scheduled for late Q1 of 2022.
