Does anyone have any ideas how one could go about creating a 'Feature Tour' for a Geocortex Web application?

I am looking to create an interactive tutorial, highlighting features in a Web application much like the 'Feature Tour' available in the Web Designer itself. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions on how to approach this? Could this be possible with a Workflow? Could Workflow popup/modals be customized and positioned to highlight app features? Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

  It seems VertiGIS uses Shepherd https://shepherdjs.dev for the Feature Tour.
