Service Alarms in Portal Hosted directory
I have an install of Geocortex Analytics monitoring a server cluster. For some reason any service located in the hosted directory is triggering an alarm with a Status Code of 500. I've looked at the network traffic and got a little more details from the JSON, "responseMessage":"{\"error\":{\"code\":500,\"message\":\"Cannot perform query. Invalid query parameters.\",\"details\":[]}}".
I've tried a couple things, running repair on the installed agents, resetting the password on the Portal admin account, switching to OAuth2 instead of token... It does seem like it's able to communicate with Portal as these changes did fix a couple other alarms that were 403 forbidden but now are fine, but the 500 errors in the Hosted directory still persist.
There are literally hundreds of hosted layers and each one triggers an alarm which makes the status page pretty much unusable. If this error with the hosted directory isn't familiar or has an easy fix is there are least a way to completely disable service alarms so the server alarms will still be apparent?

Hi Philip, we'd previously identified an issue in GA 1.5 and filed bug 141857, where services in the hosted folder would throw a 500-error. This matches what you're describing here. We'd released a fix for this issue in GA 1.6. Are you on the latest 1.7.2? If not I'd suggest upgrading.

Hello, I'm having a similar issue but only with hosted Excel files (at least for now). I'm running version 1.7.2. Everything looks clean on the Esri Portal/Server side but the Request Failure Alarm errors in Analytics are puzzling. Has there been any update to this issue?
