Included in Layer List Drop Down Performance

The performance of this tool could be a lot faster, should take a millisecond to select the Hide from Layer List, but it takes 15-20 seconds.  I am seeing this on the Layer Preset Pane..

  Ted Cronin We can certainly do some testing around this. Can you give me a rough idea of the count of layers and sublayers in your webmap so that we are testing something of similar magnitude?

  I think I have about 400-500 layers
