Remove Layer Filter Functionality (Geocortex Essentials)

Pretty much what the title states. I'm looking for a solution to remove the functionality in the 'Layer List' to remove the Filter Layers... functionality. Obviously if this can be done in Geocortex Essentials Manager - that would be best but I'm open to altering the .config files as well.

  You can e.g. add the following to the viewer CSS files.

  .panel-filter-widget {visibility: hidden;}
