VSW 5.18.1: The trail account of ArcGIS Online appears not to work to install a trail VSW,

 

I couldn’t figure out why the trail account of ArcGIS Online appears not to work to install a trail VSW. A “sign up” dialogue box is popped up with not effect as the “submit” button is clicked

 

Not sure why the VertiGIS is compulsorily installed with only an ArcGIS Online account which engages more challenges

  I think you could better contact your local VertiGIS distributor or VertiGIS support with this type of questions.

  I will but why the VertiGIS gets deployed solely with ArcGIS Online account? This appears to engage more issues to the scene.

   

  Geocortex could be deployed with no need for ArcGIS Online account

  Hi Jamal Numan! I suspect this is an issue based around the email address used vs the one we have on file for your contact information & organization.

  My issue here is simple. Just I wanted to use the trail logins of the ArcGIS Online to install the VertiGIS but appears to fail.
