ClearCustomGraphics viewer command doesn't work
Hi there, I have a specific case in which need to run a viewer command in HTML5 viewer to clean/remove a named Graphic layer. According to Viewer Commands Help (vertigisstudio.com) the ClearCustomGraphics with the graphic layer ID should do the work for viewer 4.13+ ? But I tried it by adding a new tool button in HTML5 viewer (4.14.3) with the command, which is listed in the dropdown. However, it doesn't work, the tool button just appears as disabled. Has someone have success on this command? Also I assume the viewer command is available for HTML5 viewer right? thanks.

Yes this should be available in the HTML5 viewer, it is in the list of viewer commands.
Not your issue, but a related problem: I had an issue with this command in combination with Workflow (5). Graphics added from a workflow couldn't be removed with ClearCustomGraphics command. See bug description below. Here the workaround was to use the Clear Graphics activity.
The bug id is 163111: ClearCustomGraphics command doesn't affect non-markup graphics layers. The bug was closed and set to deferred, however if there are other clients who encounter this, we may reopen it. There is a documented workaround to use the Clear Graphics command instead of the ClearCustomGraphics command.
