How To Add FQDN to Agent Server in the DMZ
Is there a way to add the FQDN to an agent server that lives in the DMZ? After installing Analytics as an Agent on this server, it was automatically added to Analytics Reports without the FQDN, it displays only the server name. This is triggering a Trust Failure alarm. The SAN for our CA certificate does specify the FQDN, so the Geocortex Essentials Instance url that was auto-configured in Analytics Reports is “not secure”. So, https://my-servername-t1/geocortex/essentials/rest/sites should read https://my-servername-t1.mycomapny.org/geocortex/essentials/rest/sites.

Hi Jennifer!
So that URL is discovered from the Essentials resource and is what we call internally the "Essentials URL", meaning the URL that the Essentials REST endpoint lives at. The Essentials URL is configurable in IIS by editing the EssentialsURL field in the RestManager application settings:
Once you change that, Analytics will collect on the Essentials resource and that change will be reflected in the Analytics side.
As an aside, this is helpful from an Essentials standpoint as well, as this URL is used when opening viewers to load the REST endpoint.
