Field math expression stopped working

I currently have a report that will do math expressions (add multiple fields together or divide one field against another). However, when I created a new subreport the divide or adding fields together stopped working. 
[P2_002N]/ [P2_001N] 
([P2_002N] + [P2_006N] + [P2_007N] + [P2_008N] + [P2_009N] )/ [P2_001N] 
My existing subreports that have these expressions will work. But I create a new subreport and want to do the same thing it will not show the values in the report (it will be blank). It will show the individual values so I know my report/workflow works correctly. 
Anyone seen this before?
We are running Version 5.17.0 of Reporting on site (ArcGIS Enterprise Portal)
