Geometry Picker Does Not Work in Experience Builder

Graphics do not appear when creating new geometries using the Geometry Picker tool.

Tool appears to create a graphic, but nothing shows in the map.

I am using ExpBuilder dev edition 1.8 and get the same results using different geometry types and web maps.
